Get Started

  1. You must be an active member of the Student Wellness Center to work with our personal trainers. Not a member yet? Explore our membership options.
  2. Browse our personal trainer profiles and select a trainer.
  3. Email your trainer to schedule a date and time to meet. Your first session will be to get to know each other and assess your goals.
