Group Fitness
Group fitness classes are FREE and unlimited for all members. PRE-REGISTRATION IS NOT REQUIRED — just show up for your class of choice. We offer a variety of formats for all skill levels to fit your busy schedule. All equipment is provided. Choose from cycle, HIIT, dance fit, yoga and more. Find your favorite class, and let our instructors help you stay motivated towards your fitness goals.

- You must be an active member of Campus Recreation to access group fitness classes.
- Check the live schedule above and find the most up-to-date information on instructor or class changes below. (No pre-registration necessary at this time.)
- Bring your CatCard to scan into the recreation center and your water bottle!

Get the GROUP Effect
- People who work out in groups are more likely to adhere to exercise and experience positive results.
- Campus Recreation group fitness instructors are nationally certified or training to become certified.
- Classes provide many options for various fitness levels. Beginners and avid fitness enthusiasts are welcome! Challenges & modifications are provided.
Group Fitness Policies
- Class participants must have membership to MSU Campus Recreation.
- Classes are subject to change of instructor, format, time or cancellation. Classes with fewer than 2 participants will be cancelled. Classes averaging less than 5 participants will be changed.
- Classes begin promptly on time. Please arrive five minutes prior to start time. Classes close after 10 minutes of start time. Advanced registrations will be forfeited 5 minutes prior to start time.
- Please wear appropriate athletic clothing and closed toe athletic shoes except in mind-body formats.
- Please notify instructor of any injuries or medical conditions that you may be experiencing.
- For the respect and safety of all participants, cell phone usage during class is prohibited.
