  1. Call to Order

    President Cruzado called the meeting to order at 8:30am.

  2. Approval of Minutes for April 5, 2023

    John How moved to approve; Cody Stone seconded. The minutes were approved unanimously.

    President Cruzado recognized outgoing leaders and welcomed new ones.

    President Cruzado shared highlights of Montana State University's academic year 2022-2023. 
  4. Public Comment 

    Public comment was given by Alex Lin, Jackson Mundell, Matthew Shaffer, Quentin Lucas, Jenna Anderson, Keegan Nashan and Paul Lachapelle about concerns regarding safety and the campus sustainability plan.

      Revisions were approved and policy was approved unanimously

    1. Code of Student Conduct Policy Update
      Jennifer Glas, Associate Legal Counsel; Bill McKenney, Associate Dean of Students 

      Jennifer Glad and Bill McKinney shared claridications to the policy. 

    2. MSU Club Sports Programs
      Ty Atwater, Associate Director of Campus Recreation 

      Ty Atwater shared information about MSU's club sports. 

    3. Choosing Promise: Priority goals recap and reminder
      Chris Fastnow, Director, Office of Planning and Analysis 

      Chris shared AY23 Priority Goal box scores for baselines pre-Choosing Promise: Goals 1.1, 2.4 and 3.3

    Public comment was given by Alex Lin about concerns about safety.
