Scheduler add-in for Outlook

The Webex Scheduler lets Microsoft 365 users schedule Webex meetings or Webex Personal Room meetings directly from Microsoft Outlook, in any browser. The calendar invite shows the Webex meeting details, including a link to join the meeting.

Effective June 2022, Webex is discontinuing updates for its Productivity Tools suite that allowed users to schedule Webex Meetings straight from Office applications like Word,Excel and Outlook. Webex will continue supporting Productivity Tools for a period of time, but eventually it will be retired as a service.

Webex meetings can still be managed from Outlook using the Webex Scheduler Add-in.

Whether you work on a Mac, PC, or from the web, a one time installation of the add-in will appear anywhere you  login to your MSU email on Outlook.
