  • Requests must be made one full semester in advance of the affected course work (practicum, student teaching, etc) in order for the variance committee to meet and for plans to be made or amended.
  • All four components of the variance requests must be completed.
  • Please refer to specific policies found in this section when making your request.
  • You have the right to appeal a variance committee decision.
