WEEKEND CONFERENCE SCHEDULE:

Friday, 4/4/25, Fairmont (Pre-conference meetings):

9am-1:30pm     MT TRUST/WRITE Forum for TRUST preceptors and administrators

2pm-5pm           MT WWAMI All-Faculty Retreat (all teaching physicians invited to this).  Please join us to learn about: Crucial Changes to Clinical Assessment: Moving MS3 Patient Care Clerkships to P/F and Competency Based Evaluations. These changes are expected to roll out in 2026, come to learn about them now. We will likely Zoom in the first hour of this meeting.

5pm                    Registration opens for weekend conference

5:30pm              Reception with Appetizers and Talk

8-10am              Plenary talks on Leadership/Learning Environment

2pm-5pm          Plenary talks on feedback, UW Health Science Resources, AI in clinical education

6pm                    Dinner banquet (guests invited for $40)

Sunday, 4/6/25

7:30am               Breakfast

8-10am               Narrative Feedback/Written Student Evaluations Workshop

Up to 14 hours CME available

Travel stipends available for MT WWAMI and MT TRUST faculty
