Non-emergent issues: visit the maintenance office during business hours at 1222 S 15th St.
The staff can walk you through how to submit the work order.
Emergent issues: during business hours, visit the central office for immediate assistance. After business hours, contact the on-call Community Advisor for support.

Emergency Phone

This phone is used if you get locked out of your apartment. When you pick it up, it automatically calls the Community Advisor On-Call, who can assist you with getting back into your apartment.
