• Serves as liaison to MSU Alumni Foundation
• Manages EHHD scholarships
• Coordinates EHHD events and awards
• Serves as the liaison with University Communications
• Manages EHHD marketing and communications for EHHD print, email, and social media
• Oversees program graphic design and marketing

Senior Assistant Dean, Kayte Kaminski - kayte.kaminski@montana.edu 

• Serves as resource for faculty/staff on student issues and concerns (provides and organizes trainings, individual consults, student meetings, etc.)
• Liaison to University Information Technology
• Director of the Mental Health Support Certificate
• Collaborates on and manages retention/persistence/recruitment efforts for the college
• Provides support for student success through individual support, referrals, and programming

Human Resources:

• Creates and processes appointments for faculty, staff, graduate, and undergraduate students
• Processes all required hiring paperwork
• Manages the onboarding process for new employees (NetID, listservs, new employee trainings, D2L access,
general college information, etc.)
• Initiates termination/separation checklists and paperwork
• Coordinates with HR Business Partner and HR Service Center

Fiscal:

• Serves as primary contact and liaison with Fiscal Services for the centralized accounting services
• Processes invoices and reimbursements
• Coordinates with Budget & Fiscal Manager on main salary and operational budgets within the college
• Conducts pre-payroll audits and payroll reconciliation, troubleshoots errors, and resolves discrepancies
