Lori Addicks, CEO of Larkspur Group, is a master facilitator, performance consultant, and executive coach specializing in leadership and organization development, team coaching & development, strategic planning, as well as cognitive and multi-generational diversity. She has more than 30 years of experience partnering with senior executives in North America, and 60 countries around the world to translate business goals into value-added people strategies across the spectrum of talent management. With expertise in selection, assessment, change management, performance management, strategic planning, diversity and inclusion, team coaching & development and leadership development, she specializes in serving as a catalyst for growth for individuals and organizations. She knows how to inspire people to get the desired results, especially during times of transition. Lori serves as a TEDx Speaker Coach and has performed as a keynote speaker for the MSU Women’s Circle of Excellence, International Women’s Day Summit, Business & Professional Women, 406 Creatives, Bozeman Business & Professional Women, and Prospera.Allie Bonthius isthe creative director of Montana Cannabis Magazine, a publication that raises awareness about sustainable cannabis use and cultivation. With a degree in Lens Based Media from MSU, she views the fusion of cannabis and art as a way to foster positive change within societies in Montana and beyond.
Brandyn Roark Caires is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Therapist who has worked in the mental health field for over 22 years. She has created several businesses from blending her own passion for helping humans, and a deep belief in people’s ability to heal, grow, and transform. As a former professional athlete who competed internationally in 3 sports, she co-built a coaching company which trained multisport athletes all over the world. As a mental health practitioner passionate about supporting children and families, she is the owner of Mind Matters, a clinical practice in Bozeman. She is also the co-founder of Parent Team - a child and family centric team of professionals who support parents, mediators, educators, counselors and legal professionals in education about how to protect children from the possible negative impacts of parental conflicts, divorce, and family restructuring. Brandyn is a trained mediator and an accredited practitioner in the Collaborative Divorce Process and a Certified Conscious Uncoupling Coach. She coaches, trains and educates professionals nationally and internationally on shame-cycles, communication breakdowns, co-parenting, Collaborative Divorce Practice, working in teams, and restorative mediation. Brandyn consults with law firms and mental health clinics all over North America in helping navigate the intersection of mental health and family law. She lives in Bozeman with her adventure buddy (husband), two children, border collie and 3-legged orange cat.
Brittany Cooper is a seasoned HR professional with 15 years dedicated to fostering personal and professional growth within organizations. Her training programs enhance leadership capabilities and interpersonal skills with a unique approach that combines organizational psychology and cutting-edge insights into human behavior, enabling participants to gain a deeper understanding of themselves and others. Brittany's engaging and interactive training sessions are highly regarded by participants for their practicality and impact. She holds a bachelor’s degree in philosophy, is a Certified Coach for Personal and Professional Mastery, and is certified in various leadership assessment tools and methodologies. She is also a frequent speaker at industry conferences and has been featured in several local publications. Her core belief is that business can be a force for good in our lives and our world if we hold a people-centered approach. As a lifelong Montanan, she relishes living in the foothills of the Beartooths with her young family.
Amanda Diehl is the co-founder of Sky Oro, Bozeman's premier women-centric community and coworking space. She is a lover of experiences, people, the wild outdoors and spicy pad thai. She grew up between Montana and the Aleutian Islands of Alaska, where she learned to value an adventurous life, and thrive in relatively unpredictable circumstances. Many of her childhood summers were spent on her grandparent’s farm in Townsend, MT, moving pipe (begrudgingly), playing in the fields with too many cousins to count and watching her grandparents offer their home as a welcome and safe haven for anyone passing through needing rest and a hot meal.
Amanda holds a masters degree in public health, spent 5+ years working as a consultant for a public health informatics company, loves being mama to a few wild children, opened and sustained her first business despite a pandemic and is fully aware that she is living her purpose on a daily basis. She believes wholeheartedly in the transformative power of human connection, and knows that when she is putting her energy there, the world is a better place for each of us.
Karen Grosz is the Chief Enthusiasm and Encouragement Officer (CEEO) of Canvas Creek Team Building. Also known as The Monday Videos Lady for her energetic welcome to the week, Karen is a five-time author, both an award-winning and TEDx Speaker, founder of Canvas Creek Team Building, and recipient of the Montana Governor’s Award for volunteerism. Her mission is to inspire others to be their best, and to try the next thing.
Karen Lum supports individuals who are elevating their businesses and teams, through her unique approach to coaching, training and consulting. Her career of 25 years, has spanned many industries including, luxury travel, software, non-profits, manufacturing and retail. Karen’s work is anchored in understanding the human experience and mapping it to business culture, leadership, and service.
Karen is a certified Co-active Coach and trainer to many solopreneurs and business leaders throughout greater Montana and beyond. Her training programs receive consistently high praise for being interactive, practical, and energizing. Her coaching programs carve out critical time that leaders need to get thoughtful and strategic about the areas in their businesses and their own skill sets, that need attention.
Amanda Stonerock is a dynamic leader and the founder of Stonerock Business Solutions, LLC, based in Billings, Montana. Her company specializes in helping businesses and non-profits achieve their funding and sustainability goals through expert grant writing, strategic planning, and fund development. With a background in non-profit development and a wealth of experience in program development and grant management, Amanda has successfully led her team in raising significant funds over the years. Educated at Montana State University, Amanda holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and a Master's degree in Public Relations. Her personal journey is marked by her passion for helping businesses overcome challenges and her commitment to community service.
Besides her professional endeavors, Amanda is also a devoted wife and mother to four children, balancing her time between her business and family life. Amanda's approach to business is characterized by her commitment to providing innovative solutions and creating lasting relationships within the community. Sam Yarborough started her career as a graphic designer after graduating from MSU's School of Art.
Over the past 15 years, she has transitioned to marketing, brand strategy, partnerships
and now, a revenue executive. As a native Montana - before the craze of the internet
- Sam credits her career to building and maintaining a robust global network. And
of course, some curiosity and hard work. She is passionate about fostering strong
relationships digitally and in person and helping others to reach their goals. She
is also co-hosts with her husband the popular B2B podcast, Friends with Benefits discussing
the importance of purpose built relationships. Sam is proud to be raising her two
kids with her husband in Bozeman and is constantly trying to prove that “having it
all” as a woman is possible.

Paige Billings is a digital marketing expert specializing in consumer package goods brands in the food and beverage industry. She has worked at Black Rifle Coffee, Williams Sonoma Inc., and others to grow their online annual revenue and brand strategy. She holds a Masters of Digital Audience Strategy from Arizona State University (Summa Cum Laude) and a Bachelors of Film and Photography from Montana State University.
Jillian Deitle is an Enterprise Account Executive for AceUp, a coaching and leadership development
software solution matched with technology and analytics. Jillian has been working
remotely in Helena, MT as an Enterprise Software Sales professional for the past eight
years and has extensive experience working with coaches on topics such as leadership
development, well-being and the power of positivity and gratitude. Previously, she
has worked on large and complex sales processes for Oracle Healthcare, Acumatica,
Epicor, and Insight Software. In 2019, she signed up with a life and career coach
to bring more fulfillment and purpose to her everyday work. She holds a Master of
Business Administration from Boise State University. Jillian will be sharing real-life
techniques and processes that you can start using today to feel inspired, motivated,
and empowered in both your professional and personal life. She will also shared ideas
for how you can be leader in all areas of life.
Lindsey Juelfs has dedicated over a decade to Revenue Operations for a number of SaaS companies all over the country. When she is not at work, you'll catch her outdoors with her dog or spending time with her niece and nephew. Lindsey is passionate about empowering women in the workforce. At her previous company, she co-founded a women's group focused on mentorship and building a community for support and growth.

Lesa Miller, executive director of Innovation Fertility, joins us with 30+ years working in healthcare. She started her career as a registered nurse and transitioned into the administrative arena. Her strong operational acumen gave her a broad understanding of fundamental healthcare business principles. The professional path she has carved includes the ability to align and set overall strategy, drive process improvements, and successfully implement new medical service lines and growth initiatives. Her excellent interpersonal skills have enhanced her collaboration with teams building consensus in the high-pressure healthcare environment. A Bozeman native for more than 26 years, she loves anything outdoors and when inside loves to play music with friends.
Dr. Amy Williams has carved a distinctive career pathway that traverses the fields of fashion design, post-secondary design education, and change leadership consulting, all united by a core theme of sustainable innovation. Trained as a fashion designer, Amy's creations found form in factories across the globe. Transitioning into academia, she emerged as a design ideation professor, nurturing nascent innovators to chase their aspirations while adhering to responsible and ethical practices. Now part of the global consulting group MAPxGuild, Amy applies her design expertise to inspire creativity and mindfulness in her change leadership practice. Amy completed her BFA in fashion design from Parsons School of Design at The New School. She holds two graduate certificates, one in learning, design, and technology from the University of Southern California, and the other from the California College of the Arts Leading by Design Fellowship program. Amy earned her EdD in organizational change and leadership from USC’s Rossier School of Education, with her research focused on sustainability leadership.
