Business Student Wins Bridger Crossfit Competition
Montana State University pre-business student Mac Curran recently was named the fittest man in Montana after winning a competition at the Bridger Crossfit West facility in Bozeman.
More than 100 athletes from across the state competed in the late-August competition, according to event organizers.
Athletes competed in five workouts throughout the day, with the best of the group reaching the fifth and final workout, which consisted of three rounds of exercises, each a minute long. The final grueling workout included exercises with wall balls, sumo deadlift high pulls, 20-inch box jumps, push presses and rows.
Curran, 19, is from St. Louis, Mo.
