MSU Office of Diversity & Inclusion
Diversity is vitally important at MSU. Through MSU's Office of Diversity & Inclusion and its Senior Diversity and Inclusion Officer, Arial Donohue, MSU hopes to build partnerships across the MSU community, to strengthen itsinclusion efforts, cultivate a welcoming and respectful environment for all students, staff, and faculty, and enhance its culture of intellectual and personal growth.
MSU Diversity and Inclusion Student Commons (DISC)
The Diversity and Inclusion Student Commons (DISC) promotes inclusion and understanding of difference, supports students from underrepresented identity groups, and encourages critical thinking about diversity topics. Their mission is to increase understanding, promote inclusion, and inspire critical thinking about diversity, as well as to provide support for those who identify with a wide range of diverse identity groups.
MSU Office of Institutional Diversity & Equity
The Office of Institutional Equity (OIE) supports the University’s goals by promoting an inclusive, diverse and supportive environment for external members of the campus community and our employees and students to excel regardless of their race, color, national origin (ancestry), sex, sexual preference/orientation, gender identity, gender expression, transgender, marital or parental status, age, creed, religion or political beliefs, mental or physical disability, genetic information or status as a veteran.
MSU Counseling & Psychological Services (CPS)
Counseling and Psychological Services (CPS) strives to promote the academic success and personal well-being of the students of Montana State University by providing the most appropriate, inclusive, and effective mental health care services available. To best serve the MSU community, CPS provides a variety of clinical services offered within a short-term counseling model, which is focused on assisting students to effectively manage immediate concerns and achieve specific desired changes or goals.

The Montana Racial Equity Project
The Montana Racial Equity Project, a nonprofit and nonpartisan organization, advocates equity and justice for historically marginalized, disenfranchised, and oppressed peoples in Montana. We educate, train, and activate organizers, individuals, groups, organizations, institutions, and businesses to invest in interrupting racism, bigotry, and prejudice whenever encountered.
