The President's Commission on the Status of University Women (PCOSUW) works toward the discovery and elimination of institutional barriers to the success of women and inspiring women to become leaders, problem solvers, and innovators making meaningful contributions to MSU, the state of Montana, and society at large.

The MSU Women's Center is a department in the division of Student Success and was created to promote greater
responsiveness to the needs of university women. Our focus is to empower women and
create an equitable campus environment by offering educational programs to the university
population about gender and women's issues. The Center is open to all students, staff,
faculty, and community members of all genders.
The Women's Faculty Caucus (WFC) is an advisory group that was first organized in 2006 to address the concerns
of women faculty as well as gender-specific issues across campus and beyond. The WFC
supports women faculty at all stages of their careers in a variety of mentoring and
networking activities. WFC participants are committed to promoting the accomplishments
of our colleagues in their research, creative work, teaching, service, and administration.
