Host a Student Site Visit
Host a Student Visit: Connect with Future Business Talent
The Bracken Center invites employer partners to host a student site visit and connect with the next generation of business professionals. These small-group experiences (typically 5–10 students) offer a high-impact way to showcase your workplace, culture, and industry insights.
Site visits usually last 2–3 hours and include a tour of your workspace—whether that’s a production floor, office, studio, or retail space—paired with conversations that highlight your business operations and strategic goals. We encourage visits that demonstrate how different business functions (accounting, finance, marketing, management) work together.
For employers, site visits are a powerful way to build brand awareness, support student career readiness, and establish early connections with motivated business talent. Students arrive prepared, having completed career coaching, resume reviews, and networking prep in advance.
We’ll collaborate with you to shape the visit based on your space, team, and goals. This might include Q&A sessions with staff, departmental overviews, or a focused look at company growth and innovation. If you’re ready to inspire students and highlight what makes your company thrive, we’d love to hear from you.
