Accessible Parking

Accessible parking is available for purchase in Bobcat Lot 20 and Bobcat Lot 25. To purchase, please go online (Mumford and Sons: Premium Parking | TicketsWest - Montana State University) or call the Bobcat Ticket Office at (406) 994-2287.

AED Locations

In case of emergency, AED units are available inside the stadium for anyone to use. Below are the locations where you can locate our AED units:

  •  Stadium Club Level
  • Stadium Corporate Room
  • Concourse – behind seating section 104, 110 and 120 

Alcohol 

Guests who consume alcohol are expected to do so in a responsible manner and abide by these guidelines.

  • Guests are prohibited from bringing alcoholic beverages into Bobcat Stadium, nor can they exit Bobcat Stadium with any alcoholic beverages.
  • Security officials at each entrance will inspect all 4.5” x 6.5” small clutch purses, medical bags and diaper bags to prevent guests from bringing bottles, cans and other types of liquid containers into Bobcat Stadium.
  • Guests are not permitted into the stadium if they are intoxicated.
  • There is no suite stocking for this event.

ATMs

ATMs are located in the concourses and on the field.

 

 

Baby Changing Stations

Baby changing stations are available in all FAMILY restrooms at Bobcat Stadium.

Bag Policy

This show has a no bag policy with the exception of clutches and purses no larger than 4.5” x 6.5”. 

Medical and diaper bags are allowed into Bobcat Stadium and are subject to search.

No outside food or drink is allowed into Bobcat Stadium for this show.

Banners and Signs

Banners and signs are allowed in Bobcat Stadium. They cannot be hung over protective railings, infringe on the sight lines of other guests, obstruct any advertising or seating section signage, be larger than 4’ x 8’ in size or be commercial, political or obscene in nature. Flags, banners and signs cannot be affixed to poles or sticks.

MSU has the sole discretion to permit or remove any banner or sign from Bobcat Stadium at any time.

Bike Parking

There are several bike racks located outside of Bobcat Stadium where guests can park their bikes.

Guests are not allowed to lock their bikes to any of the fencing gates at Bobcat Stadium.

Box Office Hours

The Bobcat Stadium ticket office is located on the north side of the Bobcat Athletic Complex.  On show day, the ticket office will be open from 9am until after intermission.

 

 

Cameras

Guests are welcome to bring non-professional still cameras into Bobcat Stadium for their personal use provided the lens are no longer than 6” long and do not have extra detachable lenses. Guests must avoid obstructing the views of others while using photography equipment.

Theatrical smoke and camera flash effects will be used during this performance

Concessions

Bobcat Stadium offers a wide variety of food and drink options to enjoy at select events.  Please see the map below for general concessions locations or click on the attached QR code for specific details about offerings at each location.

No outside food or drink is allowed for this show.

Emergency Procedures

Bobcat Stadium team members have been trained in evacuation procedures. Should an emergency evacuation situation occur, emergency information will be displayed on the concert video board as well as announced on the assistive listening devices and the public address system.

 

 

Family Restrooms

For the convenience of our guests, several families and all gender restrooms have been designated for guests. Family and all gender restrooms are located under Bobcat Stadium sections 101, 107, 108, 118 and 122.

First Aid

First aid is located at Guest Services behind section 102 and on the South End of the Floor Seating. 

Contact your nearest usher/security team member if you are having a medical emergency in your section. 

Floor Seating Access 

All guests who have seats on the floor must present their event wristband and ticket before being granted access.

Floor access for this show is only allowed to guests with floor or pit tickets and the floor access point is behind section 116 on the southeast side of the stadium.

Wristbands for the pit and floor seats can be picked up at either of these two locations:

  • Bobcat Stadium Ticket Office: 9am – 5pm
  • Bobcat Stadium Concourse – Section 116: 5:30pm – end of show

 

 

Gate Entry Times

For Mumford and Sons, all Bobcat Stadium General Public entry gates will open at 5:30pm.

VIP Gates are opening at 4:30pm.

Guest Code of Conduct

We all represent Montana State University. Do so with class and integrity.

Respect all staff, guests and officials.

Refrain from behaviors that are unruly or disruptive.

Demonstrate responsible behavior when consuming alcoholic beverages.

Respect all facility regulations and event staff personnel.

 

Lost and Found

Lost items may be turned into Guest Services under section 102. After the show, all lost items will be logged and held for 30 days. Please allow 2 business days for these items to be logged. Items not claimed after 30 days will be disposed of or donated to charity.

To retrieve lost items during the show, visit the Guest Services Booth under section 102. After the show, please call Sports Facilities at (406) 994-7117 or file a claim using the online form found here: Lost & Found

Lost Children/Adult Guests

If a guest has become separated from their party, individuals looking for their lost guest should be escorted directly to Guest Services in the West Concourse under section 102.

 

 

Media

All media requests for the Mumford and Sons concert need to be approved in advance. Please contact sportsec@montana.edu to initiate the approval process.

All media guests must adhere to the Bobcat Stadium prohibited items policies – with camera equipment being the exception.

Merchandise 

Official concert merchandise is available at these locations inside Bobcat Stadium:

  • Section 107
  • Section 114
  • South End Zone (on field)

 

 

Parking & Transportation

Parking can be purchased in advance for Mumford and Sons through the Bobcat Ticket Office at Mumford and Sons: Premium Parking | TicketsWest - Montana State University.

Day of show parking passes will be available at the entrances to these lots: Bobcat Lot 15, Bobcat Lot 20 and Bobcat Lot 25.

These parking lots open at 2:30pm on Thursday, June 4.

Tailgating 

Bobcat Stadium parking lots will open at 2:30pm on day of show.

Any item not specifically listed below but deemed to be dangerous by security during check will be asked to be returned to your vehicle.  Any items left at checkpoints will be immediately disposed of and not able to be returned.

Re-Entry

Re-entry to Bobcat Stadium is not allowed at the Mumford and Sons concert.

 

 

Service Animals

Service animals, including service animals in training, are welcome at Bobcat Stadium. In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, service animals must be task-trained to assist a person with a disability and remain under the handler's control (on a leash, harness, or tether) at all times. 

Pets and emotional support animals (ESAs) are not permitted.

Smoking Policy

Montana State University is a non-smoking campus.  The University prohibits the use of all tobacco products, including cigarettes, pipes, e-cigarettes, vaping, smokeless or chewing tobacco, and any other nicotine-delivery devices on university property.

Solicitation

MSU provides space for the distribution of literature and/or solicitation of signatures by recognized University organizations. Distribution is permitted for non-commercial handbills, leaflets, petitions, and other similar materials outside of Bobcat Stadium that do not impede access to the Stadium entry gates. 

Distribution or solicitation is not allowed inside of Bobcat Stadium during events.

No electronic voice amplification devices are permitted.

Sale or distribution of food or beverages is not permitted in the parking lots around Bobcat Stadium during events.

Suites

No suite stocking is allowed for this event.

Suites will open at 5:30pm.

Wristbands and tickets are required for access to the suite level.

 

 

Ticket Sales/Will Call

Tickets for Mumford and Sons can be purchased in advance through the Bobcat Ticket Office (Mumford & Sons - Prizefighter Tour | TicketsWest - Montana State University).

On day of show, tickets can be purchased online, over the phone or in person at the Bobcat Stadium Ticket Office starting at 9am.

All tickets will be a tap to gain entry. There are no bar codes on these tickets.

Check-in begins at 4pm on the west plaza.
