B.S. in Early Childhood Education: Preschool - Grade 3
TheEarly Childhood Education: P3 program at Montana State University isdesigned for students who wish to become licensed to teach preschool – third grade in public school settings. Coursework and field experiences provide multiple opportunities for applied understanding of children’s growth and development, building family and community relationships, conducting observations and assessments, understanding developmentally appropriate practices, implementing curriculum, and promoting the well-being of young children and their families. Students can also add a Special Education option. Outreach and related early childhood education programs includethe MSU Early Learning Centers and the Montana Early Childhood Project.
