Background:
BS Biology 1997 at the University of New Mexico. I worked as a Biological technician and technical writer for 8 years, while balancing a career as a professional snowboarder.
Preferred Role:
Director
Current Projects:
My thesis movie is about the intricacies of the human/pet relationship and how that confounds our traditional views of the nature culture divide.

I also have the great fortune to be developing my dream project, a contemporary ballet set to Cure music. I am part of a community dance group in Bozeman called Independance. I am doing first-time choreography for our June 18th performance.
Past Film Topics:
My second year film was a commission for a Smithsonian Institution exhibit on wildlife toxicology. It just won a 2009 College Television award for best Children’s movie.
Awards/Festivals:
2007 Lunafest winner, 2008 Student Emmy
Future Goals:
Quite honestly, as a graduate student of filmmaking, one tends to hope to be able to work in your profession and pay off your student loans. I am married to a true Montanan and we love our outdoors way of life here in Bozeman. So my aspiration is to work as a producer/ director, bring high budget projects to Montana, tap the outstanding film talent here and raise a family in this wonderful community.
